Soul Pole Program Overview

Soul Pole is designed as a two-part journey, allowing participants to explore and better understand the experience before committing to the full program. Both the Intro Class and the Full 6-Week Workshop will take place at a pole studio in the greater Phoenix valley area. Specific location will be determined closer to the start date of the next cycle.

  • Part 1: Intro Class

    Try a fun, empowering standalone class with no long-term commitment! The Introductory Class gives you a taste of the movement, pole fitness, guided discussions, and therapeutic approach, while also setting the foundation for those ready to dive deeper into the full 6-week journey. This is a great way to experience a taste of what to expect from the full workshop.

  • Part 2: Full 6-Week Series

    Keep the journey going with six weeks of growth, empowerment, and self-discovery! The full 6-week program takes everything from the Intro Class to the next level, with weekly 90-minute sessions designed to help you embrace your strength, sensuality, and self-love. Throughout the series, you'll engage with a structured curriculum, a skillfully designed therapeutic workbook, and personalized guidance from a licensed therapist. The program concludes with a special two-hour closing celebration, which includes a free mini photoshoot (an exclusive perk for the first-ever Soul Pole cycle) to capture and honor your progress!

Soul Pole Session Format

A Guided Experience of Movement, Reflection and Growth

Each 90-minute session of the 6-Week Series follows a structured yet fluid format, blending therapeutic exploration, movement, and mindfulness for a truly transformative experience.

1. Introduction & Opening Reflection

Start with a guided check-in and self-reflection to set intentions for the session.

2. Therapeutic Lesson & Group Discussion

3. Warm Up & Pole Fitness

Hello! I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with extensive experience facilitating workshops designed to inspire growth and healing. I’ve also been pole dancing for nearly 10 years, and it has truly changed my life for the better. As someone with a disability, traditional dance posed many challenges, but pole dancing offered a liberating alternative where I could rely on my upper body strength and face fewer limitations. Through pole dancing, I’ve discovered strength, power, confidence, and a deep connection to myself and my body’s sensuality. The healing and therapeutic impact of pole fitness inspired me to combine my passion for pole with my professional expertise as a therapist, creating this one-of-a-kind workshop to help others experience the same transformation.

Pole dancing is about embracing your unique strengths and finding joy in movement, and we celebrate all bodies in this program.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal to allow for better grip on the pole, but you can wear whatever feels best for you. Bare feet are recommended.

  • How many people will be in the workshop?

    To keep the experience meaningful and effective, the full 6-week series is limited to 10 participants. This allows for personalized guidance and a supportive group atmosphere.

  • What's included in the workshop?
