A Guided Experience of Movement, Reflection and Growth
Each 90-minute session of the 6-Week Series follows a structured yet fluid format, blending therapeutic exploration, movement, and mindfulness for a truly transformative experience.
Here’s what each session includes:
1. Introduction & Opening Reflection
Start with a guided check-in and self-reflection to set intentions for the session.
2. Therapeutic Lesson & Group Discussion
Learn practical coping skills, self-empowerment techniques, and mindset shifts to navigate emotions, build confidence, and bring healing into your daily life.
3. Warm Up & Pole Fitness
Connect with your body through gentle warm-ups before learning beginner-friendly pole techniques that align with the session’s therapeutic focus.
4. Debrief & Closing Meditation
Reflect on your experience, share insights, and process breakthroughs in a safe, encouraging space before closing with a grounding meditation to integrate your journey.
5. Between Sessions
You'll receive an exclusive workbook filled with guided prompts and therapeutic exercises to continue your growth outside of class.

Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, including beginners. Whether you’ve never touched a pole or have attended a few classes, Soul Pole will meet you where you are and help you grow. Furthermore, Soul Pole is for everyone, no matter your size, shape, or fitness level. Pole dancing is about embracing your unique strengths and finding joy in movement, and we celebrate all bodies in this program.
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal to allow for better grip on the pole, but you can wear whatever feels best for you. Bare feet are recommended.
To keep the experience meaningful and effective, the full 6-week series is limited to 10 participants. This allows for personalized guidance and a supportive group atmosphere.
Each participant will receive expert guidance from a licensed therapist with nearly a decade of pole dance experience, blending movement with therapeutic techniques. The Introductory Class includes a 2-hour session introducing foundational movements, guided discussions, and a safe space for self-expression. Those who continue with the full 6-week program will receive weekly 90-minute classes, a beautifully designed workbook filled with therapeutic exercises, mindfulness activities, and space for reflection, as well as a free mini photoshoot to celebrate their journey.
